Who attends the MAEOE Conference?

Do I have to be a member of MAEOE to attend the conference?
No, MAEOE members receive a discount on the cost of the conference registration, but you do not have to be a MAEOE member to attend. Click here for full details on the benefits of joining MAEOE.

Do I become a MAEOE member by attending the conference?
Not automatically. You can choose to become a member of MAEOE.

How much does registration cost?

Are meals included in the registration cost? Can my spouse, guest, or children come with me to the meals?
Yes. Friday workshop registration includes lunch and Saturday registration includes continental breakfast and lunch. Guests may attend meals with you for an additional fee.

How much does lodging cost?

Can I bring my children and are there any activities for them?  
Yes. See the registration form for information on our children's program. Please note that lunch is included in the children's program registration cost.

Are there field trips this year? When are they and is there a cost?

Your friends and family are welcome to attend the field trips as long as they are registered and pay the field trip fee.

What happens in the event of inclement weather?
There will be no refunds for inclement weather, unless the main roads to the conference center are deemed inaccessible by the state government.

How do I volunteer to work on the conference?

I need to cancel my registration. Can I get a refund?
If you cancel by January 10, you will receive a full refund less a $10 fee; by January 17, you will receive a 50% refund. Sorry, no refunds after January 18.
