How much does registration cost?

Are meals included in the registration cost? Can my spouse, guest, or children come with me to the meals?
Yes. Friday workshop registration includes lunch and Saturday registration includes continental breakfast and lunch. Guests may attend meals with you for an additional fee.

Can I bring my children and are there any activities for them?  
Yes. Depending upon the year and venue - children's programs may or may not be available. NOTE: Due to space limitations, 2010 Conference will not offer an organized children's program. Scheduled to resume in 2011.

Your friends and family are welcome to attend the field trips as long as they are registered and pay the field trip fee.

There will be no refunds for inclement weather, unless the main roads to the conference center are deemed inaccessible by the state government.

I need to cancel my registration. Can I get a refund?
If you cancel by January 10, you will receive a full refund less a $10 fee; by January 17, you will receive a 50% refund. Sorry, no refunds after January 18.
