Carbon Off-Sets -

A portion of the registration fee will be used to offset estimated carbon emissions associated with the conference.

E-Proceedings -

Don't go home with a bag full of paper. This year download only the presentations and handouts you need.

Book Swap -

Back by popular demand. Bring a book - Take a book. Last year the selection of books was phenomenal. Everything from textbooks, coffee table books, curriculums, non-fiction, fiction, good books, notso-good books and everything inbetween.

Paper Source -

All conference materials are printed on paper with the highest recyle rate available and Forest Certified stock.

Carpool -

Start your networking early. You could have a new partnership formed and a grant written by the time you get to Rocky Gap.

Mugs and Water Bottles

MAEOE wants you to stay hydrated and awake throughout the conference. Coffee service will be available all day long. Help reduce energy and water by bringing and using your own mug and water bottle.

Bring Your Own Bag -

Conference bags (reusable grocery bags) donated by Whole Foods and Giant will be available at the registration desk. Need one - take one - or bring your own.

The Conference Center is a leader in recyling and COMPOSTING. Identify and utilize the appropriate containers to ensure that your waste has a second life.

Public Transportation -

Take a bus or use the metro. The conference is accessible by both.
