The annual Maryland Green Schools Youth Summit will celebrate both newly awarded and returning Green Schools and Centers. Whether or not your school is being recognized this year, all are invited to participate in the in-person Youth Summit, featuring award ceremonies, youth leadership activities, a green career fair, and an environmental literacy fair. This event offers hands-on learning, opportunities for connection, and a chance to explore and celebrate environmental education.
Every school in Maryland is invited for a nominal fee of $2 per student, chaperone, and teacher. For groups of over 100 people, please contact greenschools@maeoe.org. The park's capacity is for 2,000 people and we encourage as many schools as possible to take advantage of this opportunity.
