The MAEOE Annual Conference, Rooted in Nature: Using the Outdoors to Empower Action and Understanding, Maryland’s largest environmental education event, attracts over 500 educators each February for a dynamic mix of workshops, discussions, networking, exhibits, and resource sharing.

Platinum Level

Contribution of $5,000 or more includes the following:

    • Advertisement on the conference platform
    • Prominent logo placement on the MAEOE website for one year
    • Recognition as an Exhibit Hall sponsor (non-exclusive, excludes "in-kind" donations)
    • Large Conference Exhibitor Display Area and 2 Conference Registrations
Gold Level

Contribution between $2,500 and $4,999 includes:

    • Logo featured on the MAEOE website for one year
    • Sponsorship of a speaker (non-exclusive, excludes "in-kind" donations)
    • Large Conference Exhibitor Display Area and 2 Conference Registrations
Silver Level

Contribution between $1,500 and $2,499 offers:

    • Organization's logo on the MAEOE website for a minimum of nine months
    • Recognition as a Break sponsor (non-exclusive, excludes "in-kind" donations)
    • Conference Exhibitor Display Area and 1 Conference Registration
Bronze Level

Contribution between $1,000 and $1,499 provides:

    • Organization's logo on the MAEOE website for a minimum of nine months
    • Conference Exhibitor Display Area and 1 Conference Registration
Contributor Level

Contribution between $500 and $999 entails:

    • Organization's logo on the MAEOE website for a minimum of nine months
    • Conference Exhibitor Display Area and 1 Conference Registration
Donations
  • Any amount up to $499 is highly appreciated and helps defray conference costs.
  • If you wish to sponsor MAEOE and our events, such as the conference and youth summit, please contact Laura Collard at director@maeoe.org.

Make a Difference – Donate to Our Silent Auction

Help support the MAEOE Silent Auction by donating items or gift cards! Proceeds from the auction provide scholarships for first-time attendees at the MAEOE Conference. Last year, thanks to contributions like yours, we were able to award scholarships to 20 applicants.
